Boopet Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, if the product is unused, in original packaging, and with A copy of the invoice.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, a full refund or free replacement will be provided within 48 hours of reporting.
Non-returnable items: Opened food, supplements, medicines, and any used products.
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Store Credit may be offered as an alternative to refunds.
Cancelations Policy
1. Home Visits & Clinic Appointments
Cancellation 24 hours before: Full refund.
Cancellation within 24 hours: 20% fee, balance refunded or credited.
After service is delivered: No refund, unless there is a documented issue.
2. Boarding & Grooming
Cancellation 24 hours before: Full refund.
Cancellation within 24 hours: 20% fee, balance refunded or credited.
After service starts: No cash refund, but credit or discount may be offered if service was not delivered as agreed.
