Boopet is a complete pet care platform operating throughout Egypt, offering pet products, veterinary services, grooming, boarding, training, and home visits. The platform is developed and maintained by Amr Bedir and Rimone Naffie, affiliated with Nexora IT Agency.

4. Orders and Purchases

When you place an order through Boopet:

• All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location within Egypt.

5. Payments

All payments on Boopet are processed securely through PayMob, a certified and fully regulated Egyptian payment gateway. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayMob's payment terms and conditions. Boopet does not store your card or financial details on its servers.

6. Service Bookings

When booking veterinary, grooming, boarding, or training services:

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Boopet reserves the right to decline a service booking if the safety of staff or other animals cannot be guaranteed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the platform to transmit spam, harmful content, or malware.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers.
• Use false information to create accounts or place fraudulent orders.
• Violate any applicable Egyptian or international laws while using our services.
