Home Visits & Clinic :
- Appointments Cancel 24 hours before: Full refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours: 20% fee, balance refunded or credited.
- After service is delivered: No refund, unless a documented issue occurs.
Boarding & Grooming :
- Cancel 24 hours before: Full refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours: 20% fee, balance refunded or credited.
- After service starts: No cash refund, but credit or discount may be offered if service was not delivered as agreed.
Payments can be made at the time of booking or upon receiving the service/product (Cash on Delivery).
All payment methods are available:

For recurring services (like monthly plans or packages), payments are due at the start of each cycle.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method.

Returns or exchanges accepted within 48 hours if:
- Product is unused, in original packaging, with invoice copy.
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Full refund or free replacement within 24 hours of reporting.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened food, supplements, medicines, or used products.
- Refunds processed within 7–14 business days via original payment method.
